a1.) - Video Formats:

We offer a Downloadable movies service. You can order Full length films in either

* MPEG1 352x288 Screen Resolution
* MPEG 2 720x576 Screen Resolution (full DVD Download) or
* (HD)WMV 1280x720 or 640x480 Screen Resolution

Most DVDs are only available in the original format. If you order a european DVD and are in the US, make sure your DVD player can playback PAL DVDs. (your computer always does). European customers can playback both, NTSC and PAL DVDs.

a2.) - Video Prices:

We have a flat price system, that means, all videos cost the same, no matter what format, no matter
what length, and no matter if amateur or professional. If a video has a special price, this will be
displayed in the Movie Club listing.

a3.) - Video Shipments:

We ship videos in plain packages WITHOUT the cover boxes. If you would like to receive the COVERBOXES simply make a note in the orderforms comments field. We ship only priority packages.

a4.) - Receipt of Shipments:

You will receive your shipment approx. 7-15 days after ordering. You must sign for all courier
and airmail shipments. Parcels sent from California come as plain letters - No signature required.
If you do not receive your shipment within 14 DAYS AFTER ordering, please contact Logistics
If you contact us, please always include your full name, your country and type of order
(DVDs, VHS or online access services) - That helps us answering your questions.

b1.) - How to use the Cinema:

On the CINEMA page you can download and/or display videos in MPEG 1 Layer 2 format.
MPEG 1 Video, MPEG 2 audio) - All videos are
in 320x240 or 640x480 full screen full framerate (24 fps motion picture format) MPEG in stereo.
To download or display clips, click on the pictures on the page.
Each picture represents a movie file. If you click on one of the PICTURES on
the page, you can download or display the MPEG file.
